Have you previously taken the NRC Women's Self-Defense class and thought about taking a refresher? Or, have you asked yourself, what's next and wanted to add to the skills you learned in the class you took. This 3-hour seminar will build on the concepts of where the traditional Women's Self-Defense class left off. It will provide a brief review of the main concepts of the first class and expand into some intermediate techniques. New concepts will provide some building blocks and training drills that develop sparring skills. Safe controlled free sparring will also be introduced. An introduction into defense against a weapon will also be provided. This seminar will be open to any woman interested. However, it will be geared for women who have previously taken the women's self-defense class. Call NRC if you have questions.
