Whether you want to challenge yourself or enjoy a short ride with your family, this is the event for you! All participants will receive a T-Shirt to wear on the day of the event. Time: Registration begins at 7:15 AM, Bike ride is at 8:00 AM

Basic Digital Photography
Tuesdays, July 15th - August 19th

Join Ron L. Patrick, Photographer and Digital Image Specialist, to enhance your understanding of photography as well as your camera. As a result of this class, participants will be better prepared to use their cameras as a tool and produce quality photographs for the enjoyment of themselves and others.

Community Wide Garage Sale

Join us again for our Community Wide Garage Sale. If you are looking to get rid of some old stuff, rent a booth at our sale and leave all of the advertising up to us! Plus the weather is guaranteed to be great inside of our air conditioned gymnasium.

Women’s Self Defense Class
Saturdays, April 26th & June 28th

Learn how to defend yourself when someone is trying to attack you. With the guidance of NRC Tae Kwon Do instructor Dany Monares, you will gain self confidence and learn effective techniques to defend yourself against an attacker.
Time: 12:30 PM - 3:30 PM

Belly Dancing
Session I: Mondays, May 12th - July 7

The mission for this class is to teach a dance/fitness class in the basics of belly dancing. It will increase muscle control, strength, balance and coordination in the most gentle, feminine and fun way. This class is for all women ages 16 and up (old, young, athletic or not). Participants should wear a soft dance shoe or socks and comfortable athletic clothing.

Beginners Line Dancing

Join the NRC in welcoming Knox Rhine, our new line dancing instructor. Knox has been dancing for many years both recreationally and competitively. He has been an instructor and choreographer all most as long as he’s been dancing and he has been a judge at several national competitions. Don’t miss this opportunity to learn from the best!

Acoustic Jam Session Etiquette for Adults
Session I: Tuesdays, April 15th - May 20th
Session II: Tuesdays, June 3rd - July 8th

Can you play your acoustic musical instrument by yourself but would like to learn how to play with a group? This course will be taught "Jam Session" style, emphasizing basic etiquette of playing in a group with other musicians, including vocalists and/or instrumentalists. Each participant will be given opportunities to lead the group in a song. Songs will be chosen based on how playable they are for the group. If you have a favorite song bring along copies of the music to share.
