Fitness Classes

Step and Kick
Tuesday & Thursday, 8:00-9:00 AM

A 5 minute warm up followed by 40 minutes of step aerobics and kick boxing mix. Then 15 minute stretching and toning.

Buttz & Gutz
Monday and Thursday, 12:10-12:50 PM

A 40 minute lunch hour class to cover the front and rear of core stability. Make the most out of your lunch hour by toning, strengthening and tightening your abs, lower back and glutes.

H20 Buttz and Gutz
Tuesday & Friday, 12:10-12:50 PM

This is a 15 minute aerobics, 20 minute strength training and 5 minute stretching with noodles and dumbbells class. Let the water massage your stress away for a great start to your weekend!

Cardio*Sculpt*Yoga
Class held September - May
Monday & Tuesday (Cardio & Sculpt), 4:30-5:30 PM
Thursday (Yoga), 4:30-5:30 PM

Burn fat through step, kick boxing and aerobic dance; sculpt your muscles utilizing weights, tubes and balls, then stetch and relax through practical yoga poses.

Cardio Mix
Monday & Wednesday, 6:00-7:00 PM

If you like a challenge with variety, this class is for you. Class includes a cardio segment (Zumba, low impact aerobics, kickboxing, step), strengthening exercises, balance & core training, and stretching. During the summer months, weather permitting they will exercise in the Municipal Pool.

Zumba
Tuesday & Thursday, 6:00-6:45 PM

Ditch the workout, join the party! This Brazilian/Latin dance class is a low impact aerobic experience. Zumba features fast & slow rhythms to tone & sculpt your body while burning fat.

Location: NRC Railer Room
Fee: $30 per month for both days
        $15 per month for Tuesdays or Thursdays
        $5 drop in fee

Tai Chi
Class held September - May
Wednesday & Friday, 12:10 PM - 12:50 PM

Designed by Dr. Paul Lam especially for people with Arthritis. Tai Chi consists of fluid, gentle movements that are relaxed and slow tempo. Benefits include improved concentration, balance, posture, and heart and lung function.
