H20 Buttz and Gutz This is a 15 minute aerobics, 20 minute strength training and 5 minute stretching with noodles and dumbbells class. Let the water massage your stress away for a great start to your weekend! Location:

muscles utilizing weights, tubes and balls, then
stetch and relax through practical yoga poses. Cardio
Mix If you like a challenge with variety, this class is for you. Class includes a cardio segment (Zumba, low impact aerobics, kickboxing, step), strengthening exercises, balance & core training, and stretching. During the summer months, weather permitting they will exercise in the Municipal Pool.

Location: NRC Railer Room Tai Chi Designed by Dr. Paul Lam especially for people with Arthritis. Tai Chi consists of fluid, gentle movements that are relaxed and slow tempo. Benefits include improved concentration, balance, posture, and heart and lung function. Location: NRC
