Cardio Mix
Monday & Wednesday, 6:00-7:00 PM

A five minute warm up with 45 minutes of cardio training including kickboxing, drills and skills. Also highlights aerobics with weights at five minute intervals, five to ten minutes of abdominal training and five minutes of stretching. If you like variety, this is the class for you.

Strong Women
Tuesday & Thursday 6:00-7:00 PM

Class is a non aerobic total body strengthening and toning class with emphasis on hips and abdominals.  Improve your body composition, posture, balance & coordination.  This class is perfect for clients of all fitness levels. Class will work at their own pace.

Step and Kick
Tuesday & Thursday, 8:15-9:15 AM

A five minute warm up followed by 40 minutes of step aerobics and kickboxing mix. Fifteen minute stretching and toning.

Buttz & Gutz
Mondays and Thursdays. 12:10-12:50 PM

A 40-minute lunch hour class to cover the front and rear of core stability. Make the most out of your lunch hour by toning, strengthening and tightening your abs, lower back and glutes.

This is a 20-minute aerobics and 20 minute strength training with noodles and dumbbells class. Let the water massage your stress away for a great start to your weekend!

Pilates
Tuesdays and Thursdays, 7:00- 8:00 PM

The purpose of this class is to enhance mind body awareness and strengthen, lengthen, and tone the body. Exercises are designed to target deep abdominal muscles strengthening core stability.
