Swimming Lesson Schedule Aquatics/Programs Registration Form Summer Swim Lesson Schedule Swimming Lesson Levels Water Babies- Instructor will introduce the child to the water with the help of the parent. Parent Tot - 6 months-3 years of age. Aquaduck- Water Exploration. Student learn to feel comfortable in the water. Ages 3- 5. Goldfish (level 1)- Water Exploration. Students learn to feel comfortable in the water. Ages 5 and older. Penguin (level 2)- Student learn floatation, beginning strokes and personal water saftey. Otter (level 3)- Students learn basic strokes, treading water and diving. Seal (level 4)- Students improve, learn advanced strokes and turns. Polar Bear (level 5)- Learn the butterfly, open turns and work on endurance and diving. Sea Lion (level 6)- Students polish strokes, develop endurance and learn additional turns and dives. Dolphin (level 7)- Advanced skills. Springboard diving, additional strokes, rescue skills and skin diving. *Diving will not be included with any lessons at the NRC Pool due to water depth.
Private Swim Lessons It is never too late or too
early to learn this necessary survival skill.
