Summer Swim Lesson Schedule

 Swimming Lesson Levels

Water Babies- Instructor will introduce the child to the water with the help of the parent. Parent Tot - 6 months-3 years of age.

Aquaduck- Water Exploration. Student learn to feel comfortable in the water. Under 5. 

Goldfish (level 1)- Water Exploration. Students learn to feel comfortable in the water. Ages 5 and older.

Penguin (level 2)- Student learn floatation, beginning strokes and personal water saftey.

Otter (level 3)- Students learn basic strokes, treading water and diving.

Seal (level 4)- Students improve, learn advanced strokes and turns. 

Polar Bear (level 5)- Learn the butterfly, open turns and work on endurance and diving. 

Sea Lion (level 6)- Students polish strokes, develop endurance and learn additional turns and dives. 

Dolphin (level 7)- Advanced skills. Springboard diving, additional strokes, rescue skills and skin diving.
