We offer a comprehensive collection of cardiovascular equipment, dumbbells and strength training equipment. Becoming a Member To become a member you must schedule a one time orientation session by calling the Wellness Center at 283-7330. Membership information is available by following the link on your left. Age Requirements You must be 12 to participate in a fitness class or workout in the Wellness Center. Mission Statement The NRC Wellness Center's mission is to provide opportunities that enable the community to appreciate, maintain and improve physical and social well being. Child Care Child Care is available for $2.00 per child/ hour or $20 for 10 hours.
