We offer a comprehensive collection of cardiovascular equipment, dumbbells and strength training equipment.

To become a member please schedule a one time orientation session by calling the Wellness Center at 283-7330. Membership information is available by following the link on your left.

You must be 12 years of age or older to become a member or to participate in a fitness class. Children 12 to15 must be accompanied by a parent/guardian.

The NRC Wellness Center's mission is to provide opportunities that enable the community to appreciate, maintain and improve physical and social well being.

Child Care

Child Care is available for $2.00 per child/ hour or $20 for 10 hours.
